Where is our data stored?
All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Enterprise customers can request specific regional data residency.
Is Ziantrix SOC 2 certified?
Ziantrix is currently designed for SOC 2 Type II readiness. We are in the process of completing our formal audit. Enterprise customers can request our current security documentation.
How is payroll data encrypted?
All payroll data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Encryption keys are managed via Google Cloud KMS and rotated regularly.
Can we get a security review before signing?
Yes. Enterprise customers can request a full security review including our architecture documentation, penetration test reports, and compliance controls inventory.
How do you handle data deletion on contract termination?
On contract termination, customer data is exported in standard formats and then permanently deleted from all systems within 30 days, with written confirmation provided.
Do you support SSO?
Yes. Ziantrix supports SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 for SSO integration with enterprise identity providers including Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
